In terms of you enjoying far greater success in your business and personal life (you do want that, right?)…

… you have my word, this message is far more deserving of the short amount of time it’ll take you to read it than you can imagine.

Straight up.

In context to previous articles regarding personal sovereignty in business,  and how, when you put it at the heart of everything you do, it’s the irrefutable (yet hardly known) “secret sauce” ensuring your business is not only highly profitable…

… but thoroughly enjoyable, fulfilling and rewarding too, here’s some more richly nutritious food for thought for you.

Not just for your business and personal life.

And not just for the mind which creates and shapes them.

But also for the soul.

And in the true spirit of “know the truth and the truth shall make you free” – and what it means to experience the true essence of this overused term “freedom” in your business and personal life…

… giving serious thought to this message – and applying a degree of honesty most people shy away from – will reward you in ways you can’t imagine.

Here goes.

  • How needy are you of being liked?
  • How attached are you to opinions held about you by others?
  • To what degree do you seek to fit in?
  • To what degree do you value, even crave, acceptance?
  • And to what lengths do you pursue personal popularity?

You might wonder why I ask.

I ask because, although I can’t offer up any specific statistics to substantiate the point (and don’t need to as experience has given me all the evidence I’ll ever need)…

… I’ve been in the people business for many-a-moon…

… and in the thousands-upon-thousands of Coaching, mentoring and training interactions I’ve had…

… with the many thousands of people I’ve served during that time…

… it’s rare to find an individual who isn’t more attached to how others see them than they are being true to themselves.

See, few things damage self-worth – and all that springs from it (and consequently undermines and sabotages success in both your personal and business life)…

… than trading your truth because of being far more attached to what others might think of you than you care to consciously accept.

This may surprise you, then again it may not, but in some quarters…

… places I’ve added remarkable value to the lives of the people concerned…

… I’m not only disliked…

… I’m disliked intensely.

If you’re not surprised by such news, I’m not surprised you aren’t.

I’m hardly your ankle-deep, motivational “ra-ra” kind of “coach” “guru” or “influencer”, the kind spouting shallow and meaningless platitudes and pleasantries to appease those who refuse to go within and prefer to live in ignorance of themselves as the cause of all their effects

You can always witness ignorance in action when an individual blames everyone or anything else when oblivious to, or flatly refusing to acknowledge, then fact he or she is the only one getting in the way.

I’ve been there, more times than I care to remember. We all have. The pertinent question is, are we still and how often?

As I’ve gone on record to state many times before, putting lipstick on a pig doesn’t change the pig being a pig.

I’m a truth-seeker. It’s what’s given me the global reputation I enjoy today in my line of work.

Truth-seekers push buttons. They rattle the cages of established beliefs. They get to the heart of the issue, the crux of the matter, and expose realities most people (and I use the word “most” purposely and deliberately) are not willing to face.

Not now.

And sadly – in far more cases than not – not in this lifetime.

All of which can make me tough company… and an acquired taste.

To those of fragile disposition…

… to those who unconsciously cling to the falsity of the “truths” they’ve been fed – ideas inherited long before they were capable of consciously evaluating and rejecting them…

… I’m their anti-Christ.

Which couldn’t be more ironic given all I offer is the opportunity of enlightenment.

Ah… therein lies the rub.

History reveals – in a multitude of examples – what the darkness of ignorance is willing to do when confronted by the prospect of enlightenment.

Think wooden crosses…

… think nails driven through flesh…

… and every reiteration of it since.

Not so long ago, when I departed from a long period serving a largely Christian based community (although it was non-denominational), I was reminded of just how dangerous the unconsciousness of the self-righteous can be – especially when in close quarters.

I observed certain people, those who ironically claim to be “followers of Christ”, people who were once colleagues in the aforementioned collaboration…

… people I’ve poured into for a number of years – whose personal and business lives – as well as their bank accounts – have and continue to be enormously enriched as a consequence of my body of work…

… did their utmost to damage, detract and discredit my reputation and standing.

Why?

For one reason only: their own commercial gain… and a deep-seated desire to watch me fall from grace.

I understood.

I saw it for what it was.

I’ve seen it before.

And it comes with the territory.

I represent something they’re too fearful to face.

I feel no malice or resentment towards them.

On the contrary, I feel compassion…

… for many of that ilk are the lost who, ironically, are convinced they’re “found”…

… the lost who “know not what they do”…

… the lost who spend their lives gripped by a fear-based theology…

… avoiding some preposterous notion of an endgame called “hell”…

… without ever being conscious of how they’re currently experiencing it.

You might wonder what any of this has to do with you enjoying far greater success in your business and personal life.

I can assure it has everything to do with it…because being true to oneself and not what you’ve been conditioned to believe…

… to be free of the shackles of what others might think or expect of you…

… and to know your truth, drawn from your own experience, rather than living someone else’s truth which is, very likely, to be based on somebody else’s…

… and to wear it with such conviction you’re unwilling to trade who you truly are for commercial gain or the appeasement of others…

… is not only the essence of personal and professional freedom, and not only the essence of true integrity…

… it’s at the heart of claiming sovereignty not just in your business…

… but in your life.

That’s how you make a business highly enjoyable and highly profitable .

That’s how you fill both your bank account and your soul.

That’s how to make true freedom a reality in your business and life today… rather than clinging to some unclarified, distant, societally-shaped utopian idea of it.

Warmly,

Christian
